Coachmen Clipper 16’ Water inlet/pipe/connection leaked inside, loose connection help

Hello
Our Coachmen Clipper 16’ started leaking all over inside.
The Water inlet/pipe/connection leaked inside, and the connector on the outside is loose and inside it has a loose connection. Has anyone else had this happen to their Clipper? How do we fix this? We tried tightening the inside black but that tightens the water inlet to the wall. However it’s still loose. Any help on this issue would be appreciated. Thank you in advance!
