Coachmen Freelander 21QBC - Water Pump

Water Pump Not Working

I winterized my RV last fall and believe I followed the correct steps to drain all the water out of the lines using a compressor. Water heater drained etc etc. All works great with the town water, including the water heater. When I have the town water disconnected and turn on the switch to start the pump it sounds just like it did last summer when it was working but now no water is coming out the faucets. I located the pump in the storage compartment and all looks fine in there. Anyone have any ideas.
Thanks in advance.

I should have stated that the portable water tank is 2/3rds full. FW? Must mean my Portable water supply tank.

Yes, fw and potable water is the same. Now I have no clue what to tell you. Someone else may have an idea. Sorry I was no help.
