I re-read my post after your comment YouRoo and yes, "under pressure" is a bit vague.
I meant pressure as the hose puts out and both units have vents associated with them. There is a hole in the cap on the JR products filler and there is obvious space around the vinyl hose. Both products have small diameter valve bores so it will take a while to fill the tank.
With the integral tank vent and the fitting vents, there should be no issue with bursting the tank. Just don't turn it on and walk away to do something else while it fills. Turn the water off when you see water starting to spurt at the vent.
