Connected adapter to end of sewer hose

Hi guys. Newbie with having a black & grey tank(had a popup previously). My new TT has the sewer hose connector on the end you connect to the valve at the TT. The other end is "just hose". I bought a 90 degree elbow to fit into park sewer drains but can't figure out how to attach the L adapter to the hose that doesn't have any fittings.
What am I missing here?

Your 90* fitting should have come with a spring clamp you thread onto the 90* fitting. or use a shoes clamp big enough to go around the hose and fitting. let the forum know how you figure it out

If your fitting did not come with one and the hose fits on the 90 use a large hose clamp that is big enough to fit around the hose.

As had been mentioned I would get a Rhino hose set up and forget the original hose and 90

Just a suggestion here. If it's the Blue Hose with 1 Black Fitting, I would suggest NOT even using that one. They come standard with your camper purchase, and in my opinion, are CRAP ( pardon the pun ). We used ours as beginners and it wasn't long before the seams started splitting.

We went to Walmart and bought a complete hookup set, one similar to what Fonzi suggested, and have been using it ever since. We also purchased off ebay the Clear Fitting so you can see when your water flows clear when flushing out the system. Don't by the "L" shaped one, buy the straight one, you will like it much better.

That's my 2 cents.

X2.
The ability to cap each end of the hose as you disconnect is priceless. It also comes with a heavy plastic piece that helps it sit on the drain hole on the ground and an elbow on one end. It also fits a standard bumper.

The cheap freebie they give you (or some places make you purchase the starter kit), is worth less than that. It may last you one time of use, before you start getting little yuck geysers! We keep ours for an absolute emergency, but I would only use it once and chuck it.

Another vote for the Camco RhinoFLEX sewer hose. I have the standard 15' hose, a 10' (or 20'?) extension hose, a swivel coupler and some other accessories. Just make sure that you tighten the fittings so they don't drip.

Many of us buy two. I've lost track of how many times I needed both due to site layout or parking position. (About one out of four campsites I suspect.) Of course I drive a GT 364 which has two full baths. Quite often one hose will reach one of the two dump valves, but not always both.

I agree about the 90 degree fitting. A clear straight or 45 degree fitting is the way to go.

I agree! Toss it and get a good one. The 45 angle I use and it was the best purchase. Good luck!!!!

The Rhino Flex is worth every penny...very good system. There are others as well but the Rhino Flex is easy to find...Walmart carries it at a good price, if you are not near one, Amazon also has good pricing. As previously mentioned, while you are at it, get either a 5 ft or 10 ft extension...there will come a day where you are far enough away from the sewer that the 15 ft won't reach. The odd time I have needed to use a 5ft extension....I have 2 of them but 1 has yet to come out of the packaging...nice thing with the Rhinos are the adapters that fit on the ends when storing it so there are no leaks and the fact that it shrinks to a compact size, accordion style when storing away.

The Rhino Flex is great. Be sure to buy a couple of packs of fitting seals, you will eventually need to replace a leaky one. I did keep the free hose, just in case I ever run across someone having a hose emergency at which point I will give it away.
