Dewinter water problem

Trying to dewinterize. Can't get running water. With city water hook up seems like I have a valve shut or something . The fresh water tank is full. Pump runs still no water. Also can't get water in the hot water tank.

Sounds like you have the winterizing valve on the FW tank side of the pump still in winterize position. You also have to turn the valves on the back side of the water heater 90 from their current position.

For the water pump not pumping water from the fresh water tank look for a valve in the water line from the fwt to the wp. To get water into your water heater you need to turn the bypass valves on the back side of the wh after flushing out the antifreeze from the plumbing.
