Do I use any treatment product in my greywater tank?

I had just heard about a treatment product that goes in the greywater tank. Is it a good idea to use something like this or is it ok to go without it?

I would say that, typically, treatment for the grey tank is for odors because what goes in (soap etc.) will keep the guillotine valve rubber gaskets from deteriorating. Now, in use the P traps should accomplish this. I don't use treatments in the grey tank. But to each his/her own.
