Dometic 310 leaking

I have a 2014 831bhds and there is a leak in the rear of the toilet.

Looks like there is a missing part

When you flush a perfect burst odds water shoots out from the part shown below.

Any ideas??

Looks like the vacuum seal part.
Does anything look missing?

From your description sounds like a defective "vacuum breaker" which allows air in to prevent backflow if shore pressure is lost. common for them to seize in the open position, allowing water pressure out. Depending on the application you can get vac breakers in HD or Lowes for 1/2 fittings pretty cheap. May also be a inline mfg part available from Dometic or agents.
