Dometic Sealand Model 210 Leaking

We have (2) toilets in our Cardinal 36BLE, both are the Dometic SeaLand Model 210. The rear toilet works fine, but the front toilet leaks at the base whenever you lean too far forward on the toilet. I have replaced the seal, tightened all mounting bolts and the clamp, yet this toilet continues to leak if it is sat on the "wrong" way. I have tried everything, short of replacing the toilet. Anyone have any suggestions or ideas as to what is wrong?
