Draining fresh water tank

New motor home owner. Want to sanitize our recently purchased 1999 Coachmen 380MBS fresh water tank. After putting the bleach solution in tank and going for a ride to slosh the water around, how is the tank emptied? Do we have to run the water pump to empty tank by putting the water through a cold water faucet and into the grey water tank or are we over looking a drain on the tank? We recieved very little documentation from the broker we purchased this unit from so we are downloading what we can from the internet and asking lots of questions from other Motor home owners.

Somewhere on the bottom of your fresh water tank there should be a drain valve, normally close to the side of the TT for easy accesibility. After you drain you should fill and drain again to rinse out any remaining bleach.

Thanks for your responce. Opened the valve marked drain and water was draining from a white hose under the motor home.
