E-Pro Water Tank Drain Help

Hello everyone!
I have a Flagstaff E-Pro 14K with a question/issue with the water tank drain plug. Please see the attached picture.

I assume you close and open the drain via the bottom spigot, but it is not draining when I turn it in all directions.

Also - what is the top spigot and line?

Thanks for any and all help!

Locking at your pic I would say the one valve is for your antifreeze hose to winterize and the one on the right is your drain and it looks like you have gotten all the water out of the tank given how the valve is installed. you might try putting one side up on some blocks to allow water to go to the drain side. (lift side opposite the drain) the top is your vent line

Thanks!

Thank you so much for your reply. I will look closer and try to tilt the tank to completely drain it.

Sorry for the sideways pic; evidently you cannot edit posts after submitting....

My pics come out sideways when I try to load them directly from my phone pic. I send them to my mac pictures first and then to the desktop to upload. I'm sure the computer guys on the forum know a much easier way

Easiest way I've found, if I'm taking a pic to post from my phone, I make sure I have the phone "sideways" not up and down. Shooting the pic...wide...it posts just fine. If it's narrow...phone up and down...it always rotates when I attach it.

Seadog is spot on about which fitting is which. Drain and winterizing fitting.

Try opening a faucet inside and then turn valve, may help with draining

I found that if you open a picture to edit. Crop & rotate it to way you want, then save it. You can then post it the way you want it. This work on the phone or computer.

I use it alot because I sometimes reach my phone into places, I can not see. Like behind the TV to read the serial number or inside the compartment where my water pump is. I also use the phone like a mirror to see around corners.
