I have two heaters on each tank---------------

Herk, do you have two heaters on your tanks. I have one rectangular on the bottom and one wrapped around each discharge neck right at the tank.

I have three large pads one on each tank (including the fresh water tank).
None of my pipes have heat pads because I have the enclosed belly.

Folks who have low points exterior to the belly covering have pipe pads.
