End of Weekend Process

Let's start with the fact that I'm very new to all of this. I have a Georgetown 364TS. This weekend will be our second trip - we'll be camping 2 nights with 2 adults, 4 kids, and 3 dogs. The camp ground does not have water at the site.

So, I'll stop a the entrance to the campground and fill my fresh water tank. We'll camp two nights, but at the end of two nights say my black water tank is 1/3 full, my grey water is 1/2 full, and I still have a good amount in my fresh water tank.

What I think I want to do now is fill as much of the black water tank as I can with the remaining fresh water. What I did last weekend was literally stand on the toilet flush pedal for 10 minutes letting fresh water fill the black water tank for better draining. Then I let the remaining fresh water drain into the grey water by just running the sinks.

Is there a smarter, better way to be approaching this?
