Faucet repair
Can someone tell me how to get the handle removed from this faucet. Trying to get it apart to clean and lube.

This may -or not apply to yours. Look under the handle for a screw to remove the handle. Most, are on top near the back.
Do you know the brand? Might be in the packet you got when bought.
To add confusion, I had one in my pop up at the base, you had to unscrew it there. It crumbled, gave me an excuse to get a decent name brand one at Home Despot. They often have close-outs or open-box-buys that can be had really cheap.

Look for a small hole in the back of the handle. You will need a small allen wrench.

I believe the complete faucet needs to be removed from under the cabinet. Then the faucet assembly will detach from the base. I have the exact same one in my TT and the similar one I installed in my s&b kitchen I had to assemble the 2 parts together before I attached it to the sink. Once the 2 pieces are apart the handle will tip farther allowing access to the set screw.

S/B an allen screw on the handle may have to pull off the little blue and red plastic piece . then handle should come off

No markings on the faucet at all, no visible set screws on the handle. There is a dot of black plastic about 1/16" in diameter on the underside of the handle, tried pushing it in as a release but no luck. Going to try and dig out that plastic dot, could be a set screw under it. If all else fails there's always the big box stores. I'll post the outcome, could be a few days.

The Moen brand in particular have set screws at the front under the lever behind a red & blue button, but this being an RV there is little chance the manufacturer splurged on a higher end faucet; plus I don't see one in the photo.
Last fall I failed to blow the kitchen faucet and it froze resulting in blowing half the faucet apart under the counter, as Scrapper said, in my case you had to remove the faucet from under the counter which then it literally came apart in pieces, after the spout slid off there was a plastic clip holding the lever onto the cartridge.
I replaced ours with a Moen residential style but due to the water pressure being lower than home plumbing there was no aeration in the flow, I modified the aerator to allow more flow thus reintroducing air to the water stream.
I use Moen as I am familiar with them and are well constructed, they have a lifetime free cartridge replacement warranty. At the resort where I am the maintenance manager I specify Moen faucets, we are currently at 250 of them in various formats.

Lift the handle up and see if the set screw is under it.

I think you can see it in your picture. On the under side of the handle.

Below is a picture of the handle. No set screw, just a chunk of hard plastic. Pushing very hard on the plastic dot with a small drift punch releases the handle.
Below is a picture of what holds the handle. It is screwed into the cartridge that controls water flow with a phillips screw.
Below is the cartridge in the housing. Below are the two "O" rings that I replaced and lubed. Old O rings were leaking making a mess on the counter. A hydraulic shop near me had the O rings I needed, $1.00 for both.
Getting it back together
