Faucet won't turn off

I have a Flagstaff 206ST popup camper.

When I connect the hose to city water, the faucet won't stop running.

How can I troubleshoot my problem?

Thank you.

Hi Pbrandon

to the Forest River Forum!

I'm wondering if you are actually filling up the fresh water tank instead. You are referring to the city water faucet, correct? This did happen to a campsite neighbor once.

City Water

Yes it is the city water.

unless I turn it off at the source, the city water knob will just run and run.

Hi Pbrandon,
I'm not sure what you are having a problem with. This might be a Flagstaff pup thing that I am not able to picture right now.

Can you explain again by what you mean with "the city water knob" and which faucet won't stop running?

I asked my service tech about this today and he inquired if you are using a water regulator.

When you said the faucet won't shut off exactly what do you mean? There's no sign of a flood anywhere, correct?
