Filter Housing Finally Bit The Dust

Installing my winterizing kit this morning and noticed water dribbling from the water filter housing. Two year old Lexi. It had just started to back off, but I decided not to take any chances as the filter is right next to the fuse/breaker panel. Can just imagine the problems it would have caused if it had really let go.
Ran up to Lowes and got a bunch of asssorted pex push fittings and a length of pex, replaced the housing. Took all of 10 minutes (6 minutes to contort myself and 4 to cut the housing off) Rest of fittings and pex line will keep on board for repairs on the road if needed.
