First Winter with TT in Fort WorthTexas

We have a 2017 Puma 27RLSS. It's in our driveway connected to 50 AMP service I had installed. We have had the AC on when not on the road to prevent any damage from 100 degree + days.

The TT has an enclosed underbelly. Do I need to do any winterizing considering it will be heated all winter?

how low do the temperatures get? how long does it stay below freezing?

Are you running the propane furnace? an electric space heater won't heat the belly.

Not know the temps my first thought would be use the low point drains to drain the pipes and maybe the water tank depending on location.

I'm also in the FT Worth area and have had a couple of issues over the winter in the past. One, I didn't do any winterizing and forgot about water being in the valve in the toilet. Cracked it and started leaking. Pump wasn't on so no problems there. Had to buy a new valve and fix it. Was easy. Also, the outside shower fittings had to be replaced on the old trailer and now on my new one.. Again very easy. But it has made me realize you really need to empty the water completely. I am actually adding anti freeze this year. For the most part our winters aren't regularly awful but you never know.
