Fixing a loose connection to black flush

Hey all, I have a 2013 8311, and it has a black tank flush out connection that I can hook up a hose to and it sprays the inside of the black tank. Last time I used it I found that water was leaking from the inside of the camper. When I looked from the inside to where the connections are I could see water spraying out like the connection was not tight. It looks like a pain to get all the way to the inside of the connection. I was wondering if anyone knew how to make this type of fix.

Thanks

I had the same exact problem. I took the connection off from the outside of the trailer, tightened everything up (they had only about one thread holding the hose to the connector) and buttoned it back up. I did have to recaulk the connection on the outside of the trailer. I just used some clear poly caulk that I had used for some repairs to the previous trailer.
