Fixing flimsy shower stall panels on No Bounderies trailers

We just bought the new No Bounderies 19.1 Toy Hauler and I really do like the trailers layout however, my gripe and that seems to be a big one with most people, is the interior workmanship is sub par. Staples coming out, cabinets coming apart, and so forth.

Well that also extends to the shower stall. The shower stall is a modular plastic shower stall thats been installed using a minimum amount of screws top and bottom and well, it just doesn't sit flat up against the surfaces its screwed too and is the thinnest of white plastic and its molding is not the greatest. All the panels have some kind of bends in them.

So when you step onto the shower floor, it flexes. I can tell its sitting on a flat pedistool but not completely flat so one side of it always sinks a little and then pops back when you move off it. The side panels are kinda bent in where the screws go and bent out where there are not screws and you can pop those back and forth.

Here is my question. Other than putting in more screws which will help with the surfaces where the screws go, you certainly cannot drive screws right into the middle of the panels or on the shower floor because it will look bad and leak.

Is it possible to put spray foam or some kind of glue under the bottom and behind the panels and I guess load a bunch of books onto the floor and maybe stick bracing against the shower stall and let the glue dry?

I just want it to feel solid and stop all this popping, because frankly, its feels and looks cheap.

Has anyone addressed this? Another thing I was considering is that because it does have a pretty good size bathroom was just removing the screws and removing the panels and then spray foam or glue them back into place and then put in stainless screws because even the screws look like regular square head RV builders screws.

I used dense foam shipping blocks under the shower floor for support. They just slide in, I didn't attach so if there was a problem under there, they could come out. The walls are loose for air circulation behind them so the inner part won't rot. I don't show it off to the public, so its not that important to me.

Thats a good idea. I was considering using allot of silicone adhesive behind the walls

I was thinking at first to use spray foam but the problem with expanding foam is it expands too much and could leak out onto the floor or cause the panels to bulge and that stuff is impossible to clean off anything.

I then thought why not pull the screws out so I can get behind the panels and the floor and inject the big caulk gun tubes of GE 30 year silicone adhesive. The nice thing about that, is it doesn't expand but will stick to the inside plastic of the panels and glue them down to the wood but it can be removable in the future and its cleanup is easy.

Seems if I just fill behind the panels and floors with 4 or so tubes of that silicone and then stack a bunch of books on top of the floor and I have expanding braces used for holding up sheetrock against walls, use those for the side walls and let it set for 24hrs it would hold.

The last option which I am considering but I don't want to spend anymore big money right now was simply to find a better quality RV shower stall and install it in place of theirs.
