Flush Tank Hose Diagram

2007 Charleston 400 QS

Does anyone have the diagram for the flush tank hose system? We have water coming into the inside when fresh water is pumped into the flush tank line.

thanks

If you are talking about the flush line for the black water tank, I had a very similar problem with my 5th wheel. When I flushed the tank, water was coming from my bathroom into the cargo hold. I found a check valve under the sink that prevents black water from backing up into the fresh water line if a vacuum is generated if you lose water pressure on your source line. My check valve was leaking. My dealer ended up replacing the plastic one with a brass check valve. I'm going to see how that works out.

Hope this helps.

Patrick is right on. There is an anti-siphon check valve in the vanity somewhere. It is without a doubt a cheap POS. Mine has not failed yet but it on my list of "preemptive" repairs.

Flush tank reply

Thanks to both of you. Now I just need to find this valve. I can see where the water is leaking, in the cabinet along the slide. I can't see how to get there.
