Forest River Wildwood Model T19FDL

Hi guys and gals,
I have a 19' 2004 Wildwood trailer model: T19FDL
I have been trying to find a drain valve for the fresh water tank.
Mine broke, and I have been using an NGK spark plug to screw into the hole as a plug in the mean time.
I bought a general purpose 3/8" rv valve, but it was a little too big to screw into the opening.

Anyone know what size valve this would be and where to get one ?
I have checked on Ebay and Amazon and ETrailer, but no luck yet.

thanks,

It could be ½" PEX or ½" CPVC. Can you post a picture of the end of the pipe?

I think that if a 3/8 inch fitting is too large, then 1/2 inch will definitely not fit.
