Freezing Weather in our SP-186

So here we are in Lake Tahoe, surrounded by beautiful snow. Here is the problem: We have our little Surveyor Sport SP-186 and we are cozy inside. I ended up spending $60 on foam insulation and heat tape for our 24 foot water hose from the heated water supply here at the RV park. I had about 1/2 to 3/4 of a tank of fresh water which is I believe now frozen. The water lines are also frozen. My hope and prayer is that when all thaws, we will be in good shape. We have cold water running in the trailer but the hot water now seems to be frozen. So, am I looking at $$$$ after we thaw at home or should things most likely be Ok? Any thoughts?
