Fresh water fill line leaking

After our 4th trip the fill tube started leaking (inside) when the tank was just about full. I drained some out then pulled the slack in the tube down under the floor and manged to get the leak outside for now.

It appear the puncture is where the line passes thru a wall which is very congested with wires and other pressure lines. Being its below a small cabinet (that would need top be removed to really assess the situation) its hard to tell if there is a shape object like a nail or staple causing the problem.

The dealer says they will simply pull the tube thru to find the bad section then add two couplings with a new section. This I assume is to avoid removing the cabinet. I'm just thinking if there is a nail of something sharp in there, whats to stop this from happening again. Is this a common problem with the 1-1/4" ribbed flex hose? Any thoughts? Thanks.
