Fresh water fill location

Where is the fresh water fill located in the cedar creek 38ck?

I see that the lever to switch between the city and water fill. I guess my question is how to treat to the system with the setup of that type of water fill.

If you mean sanitizing with bleach, add bleach to your fw house with a funnel and then push the bleach into the tank with water. I did it this way to sanitize my hoses.

Awesome thank you for the advice. I just didn't know how I would push the bleach solution into the system to de sanitize it. Thank you!

I had read that you want to sanitize the fresh tank, first time you use it or if the trailer has been sitting unused for awhile. Is that not right? I guess I meant sanitize haha

You are correct in wanting to sanitize it, was just ribbing you with your "de-sanitize" statement.

I tried a different way to see if it works. First, I put the suction hose normally used to winterize the system I to a gallon jug of bleach. Then I turned valve on for the winterization configuration of pumping. I then turned on the pump. I connected the exterior shower discharge hose in that compartment to the tank fill making sure that the valve was in the gravity setting. I figured that the bleach would be pumped through the piping and discharged back into the fresh water holding tank. I then topped off the fresh water tank with the water supply from my house. I will let it sit for about 12 hours then drain it from the exterior shower hose into the black water tank rinse fitting. I will use this to rinse when I dump at Cabellas in a day or two. One question that I have however. Is there a back flow valve on the piping for the black water rinse out? My understanding is that the rinse out for the black tank is sort of like a sprinkler head in the tank.

Just saying here ... in about any RV water tank I'm familiar with (60 gal) ... a single cup of clorox would be a plenty ... otherwise ... it'll take forever to get the taste of clorox out of the system.

I think you are right about the quantity of bleach to use. I would have been better off to have used a small bottle of bleach rather than the gallon. Oh well. I guess I have a lot of flushing of the fresh water tank to do
