Fresh Water Frustrated

Good Afternoon,

I have a 2011 Cedar Creek 36RE and although I'm not new to RVing, I am new to using the fresh water tank. I have filled the fresh water tank and disconnected the city water. I have switched the lever to Gravity and turned the pump on, inside the control panel. I hear the pump running but no water is coming out any faucets....I know I am missing something.
This is a picture of the water control.... Please help!!

One other question, where is the drain for the fresh water tank???

Maybe you already are but let the pump run long enough to build pressure in the lines (with all faucets off). Mine takes a while due to all the plumbing but if after 5 or so minutes you open a faucet and still no water or pressure release, then I would say you have a water pump problem.

Fresh tank drain should be visible under the RV (a single pipe sticking down near the fresh water tank).

Try moving the lever back to "City" instead of gravity. You only set it to gravity when you are filling the fresh water tank from a water hose. If that doesn't work, I'm not sure what you should try.

I don't have your camper or same plumbing but issues I can think of:
Are you sure the fresh water tank filled? Might try draining the fresh water tank for several seconds to be sure its full.
Is it possible your hotwater heater is filling? I know if I fill mine with the water pump it takes about 4 minutes of listing to the pump run. I do get a hissing(air purge) out of the hot side of the faucet while this is happening.
Could your fresh water be frozen? My parents had theirs freeze once, they didn't leave the furnace run all night.
Next, I would find the pump and check it out.
Good Luck
