Fresh water pump problem

On our way home from a 5 wk trip, the fresh water pump died. The power light was on at the control panel so I figured the pump was pooched. I just pulled the pump and there is no power going to it. It works when hooked directly to the battery. The power light still comes on when the switch is turned on but no power to the pump. All the fuses are OK.

Not quite sure where to go from here other than running a fused line with a switch underneath the trailer directly from the battery to the pump.

Can anyone see any other options?

Thx for you help

(got the trailer 12 months ago and have spent 102 nights away from home)

No fuse visible. The wires feed into a plastic hose that heads off in the direction of the power center.

Is there a fuse in the power center for pump?

Yes, there is a fuse in the control panel that causes the pump light to go out when it is pulled. Fuse is OK. I also tested the voltage between the hot wire and a new ground line........still no power.

Next I would look for another fuse behind either the switch or the power center....or wire pulled out of switch
