Fresh water storage

We have recently purchased a 2015 Sunseeker 2500W and have since traveled to Tahoe and now in Montana. The last two times I have flushed both the grey and black tanks. After flushing the system using a hose NOT in any way connected to the RV, my fresh water tank is depleted to empty. Prior to flushing, the fresh water supply was filled and the guage registered full. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The fresh water tank is not connected to the black and grey flush system. I would check the fresh water drain valve, usually near the water pump, may have been opened slightly and drained while on the road.
