Fresh water tank

I own a 2015 vibe 272 BHS and new to the trailer bet. I am having trouble with draining my fresh water tank, I turn the knob but nothing comes out. What am I not doing?

You turn which knob?
I know my trailer is different but I have a plastic cap on the end of the drain tube - under the FW tank.

You might be turning it too much. Mine will turn 180° but will only drain when turned 90°.

Or not turning enough. Mine drains at 180, and doesn't even start to trickle until 100-110.
