This is how my Wildcat brochure states it.

i court of law would see it otherwise . of course your talking about a brochure . big difference from being at the dealer seeing the tt seeing the spec sheet stating X gallons capacity and then it turn out different . whole other ball game here . otherwise you could go off the brochure with stated colors ,weights , tanks sizes , number of sink toilets . order the unit and it come just a box but nothing inside because they decided to make some changes .
the little snippet of reserving the right to make changes is fine as long as then purchaser is notified of those changes . if they make changes and neglect to inform a buyer who ordered the unit . then the unit can be refused and by law they would have to give any money back
