Fresh Water Tank Drain Valve

I have a 2012 Rockwood Mini Lite 2104 and am trying to find how to drain my fresh water tank.
I realize there is a cap on the bottom of the tank but surely one does not need to crawl under the trailer and remove that cap to drain the fresh water tank!
I've looked under the trailer and perhaps I missed it but I can't see any sort of drain cock.

Unfortunately, I think you are right about the cap. Just picked my new high wall and I have to climb underneath and reach behind the frame rail to make it to the drain
