Fresh water tank mysteriously fills up

My Flagstaff V lite's fresh water tank mysteriously fills up with fresh water after 5 or 6 camping trips hooked up to city water. Is there some sort of one-way check valve to stop this, and where is it located?? Hauling EXTRA WATER FOR NO REASON! Thanks, Randy

I might have an answer.....mine was doing it this first camping trip to Florida. The water pressure at Fort Wilderness does not lack for pressure. I first hooked up without an inline reducer and I believe it affected my water pump by pushing the rubber seal aside enough to prevent the check valve from completely closing. By the third day I had water weeping out of the fresh water tank vent. The solution until you can take the pump out and take the head off is to keep the drain valve open on the tank.
