Fresh Water Tank Over-fill Issue

Recently bough a 2006 FR Sunseeker 2600. Began filling the fresh water tank and asked my wife to watch the idiot light and I watched for an exterior overflow like I had on my Class A. I could tell when the tank was filled when the overflow spilled water under the RV. Well, my wife heard a pop and yelled "you left the bed open." Of course I did not but it looks like the water tank expended and pushed the bed opened. Fortunately we caught it in time, drained some water and the week went well.
Any ideas to what my problem might be and why did I not see over-flow?

Maybe a bee nest in the overflow tube?

Thanks Joe - do you know where that overflow tube is on the Sunseeker?

Certainly sounds like a tank venting issue. As the FW tank is under the bed, don't you see the overflow tube connection to the top of it?

I have never set my eyes on it, but mine flows just behind the axle in the center of the rig.
