1st heard on a Cardinal. Way too many of these from FR. I have never seen it on the Heartland or Montana forums.

This is how mine looked when I got it home from the dealership, FR repaired it but I don't have any pictures of how it looks after the factory repair, I'll try and post them. My original brackets were 3/16x2 steel straps that went up and over the I beams on both sides and not secured in any way. If they would have put a screw or weld to hold them in place I don't think I would have had this issue.

This seems to be an issue with some other Cardinals.. I called our RV repair place and they have repaired another Cardinal with the same thing. Have you checked your other holding tanks for the same issue? I’d hate for the black tank to give way!

We have a 2019 Sierra 379 FLOK and our black tank hit the ground 2 months ago sitting in the park. We are now fighting FR/the dealership and the extended warranty company to fix it. The denied the claim again yesterday. I have warned our other friends that have the same camper to be careful. I now know buyer beware. I don't think my next one will be a Forest River!!!!!
