Fresh water tank valve question

Hi.
On the 2009 mini lite 1809s, small black valve to drain fresh water tank. Looks like you just turn the handle? Nothing comes out. Is there a trick to working this valve?
Many thanks,
Bob

Looks like the pull UP valve on our old 2007 Rockwood. Not turn.

I agree. Make the "T" taller.

Yep, pull up on the T handle. (photo is upside down) The spring clip on the stem is a dead giveaway for this type of valve.

If not opened in a while, rotating the T handle while pulling up helps.

Thanks everyone

It worked. It was a “pull” not a “twist “ valve
Thanks for the assistance.
