Well, you seem to have a lot of stuff going on under there!
The blue 'L' shaped PEX line could be a low point drain but they usually are not 'L' shaped and there is usually a red PEX line near it too that have removable caps. That seems to be permanently plugged?
The line with the valve could be the fresh water drain but we've seen reports here of valves like that where you put a short piece of hose on the nipple on the valve and that is where you suck antifreeze into the system during winterization.
Finally, you have what 'appears' to be a low pressure LP line coiled up and zip tied to the underneath of your R/V. I suspect that shouldn't be riding there permanently.
Didn't your dealer do a PDI/Customer Orientation with you?
These questions should have all been answered then.
