Fullway Termination valve

On the passenger side of my Sunseeker 2400MBS is a water intake valve. See picture. It says, "Do not use the tank flush valves unless the fullway termination valve is in the open position."
1. Is the picture the "tank flush valve?
2. Where is the fullway termination valve?
3. Does water entering here go where?
Thanks,
Noah

1. It's probably not a valve (as in on/off) but probably just a hose connection. Right?
2. That's a fancy name we've seen occasionally for black tank dump valve.
3. Black tank flush.

They don't want you to run water in the black tank with the valve closed until you overflow the black tank. And you don't, either.
