Galley Disaster

My galley tank won't drain but it is pouring from under the trailer. We have a 2009 forest river wildcat

Being a galley tank you might have the dreaded black disk blocking the outlet. This is the plastic disk that is cut out when installing tanks at the factory. As for water coming from the top it could be a cracked tank or a vent pipe that is not sealed. Also the valve could be broken and will not open up when pulling the handle.
