We're new to this, so bear with me. Our galley sink won't empty. The sensors say it is full. Pulled every lever on the outside and still no empty. Unhapppy as unable to use sink as such. We weren't even told about a third holding tank and learned about it from neighbor in park. This is only the third time we have used our 28' foot Wildcat Max. I can't imagine we have a failed valve, but...
Have you looked for another "valve handle" under your trailer? I have three....one for the body waste and main holding tank at the docking station then another under the trailer by the wheels that empties the other holding tank. If you did not know it was there you would never see it
