galley valve has leaked since I bought

2012 Wildcat Sterling 32qb,

Hey Chris or whoever can help:
The grey water valve has never shut all the way, but now I heard a snap and the valve won't shut at all. I got under the trailer but can't c the valves do to the tank. How do I change this valve out.
