Galley water smell from convection oven vent

As we camp host and stay in one location, we're noticing a galley water smell, particularly around the convection microwave which was dealer installed! We have a 2014 Flagstaff fifth, 8528ikws. We're very happy with our rig, but this is a strange one. We dump and rinse regularly, but still the occasionally strong smell when we come home at the end of a workday. Any suggestions?

Just a thought but If you have a washer hook up that's were my smell was coming from. My convection MW and washer hook up are close together and it took me a week to realize and find it. We don't use the washer drain so sealed it up with duct tape and no more smell.

Had the same bad smell, it was coming from under the sink. The AAV (air admittance valve) was defective. It works as a vent when emptying the galley holding tank. Got a replacement from Lowe's and all is well, no more stinky smell.

Don't know about all RV, but the four we have owned had an AAV on both the galley and shower holding tanks. Look under the sink and you will probably see a 1-1/2" black PVC pipe with what appears to be a cap on top which is the valve.
