A FYI on a leaking bathroom sink. My bathroom sink developed a leak and I tightened everything I could get my hands on under the sink. Still the leak persisted. Solution was to tighten the screen fitting on the end of the faucet. It looked ok, but was not screwed tight. With the rubber seal not completely sealing, it allowed water to run down on the inside of the faucet and into the bottom cabinet. Just something else to consider when you get a water leak.
