Grey & Black Valve Lubrication

I see that Camco makes a chemical for drain valve lubricant. Does anyone use it? if so, does it work?

This has been discussed in depth many times.Fluid Film.It is lanolin base and will not degrade seals ,paint, or plastic.It will not wash out or off.
