Heated tanks?

Hey everyone,

Been lurking here for a bit and did some searching but just can't find an answer. I have a 2008 Sierra 316BHT and it has heated tanks with two black and grey and a single fresh tank. My question is which tanks are heated? Are they all heated? Just the grey and black? Thanks

Paul from Alberta

Welcome to the forum!

Are you sure that it's not 2 gray, 1 black and a fresh water tank...that would be more typical. All the tanks will have heat pads on them.

Thanks Dave, pretty sure I have two black and two grey. I have four dump valves two in the front and two towards the rear so thats why I think that, also the trailer has two bathrooms one front and one rear.

With the second bathroom, 4 tanks sounds right. I was miss-reading your post thinking that you're saying you had only 1 gray tank...we can call them grey tanks as we're Canadian!
