Heated tanks on a 25y

I have a 2013 25Y. I have problems with water lines freezing and the knife valves on the holding tanks and fresh water drain. When it was new there were several fittings loose right from the factory and they leaked flooding the whole underbelly. I removed the belly covering and all the insulation to replace it. I don't see any heat ducts or vents at all around the tanks. Can anyone tell me how these tanks get heated?? The service dept. at Arctic Fox says a fan comes on when the furnace runs but I see no evidence of this at all.

You do know that this forum is for FR products, which Arctic Fox is not, right?
not sure if anyone can answer your questions that are specific to a non-FR product.
