Help! 2013 Sunseeker 3100SS plumbing issue.

Have had slow draining issue from Galley since purchased. Had a lot of warranty work to try to fix...small improvement. Have changed the undersink vent. Have cleared the vent stack. Have called in an RV plumber who helped slightly...for a while. And again the issue is back. Standing water takes FOREVER to drain out of the sink.

Before I use the lemon and make a big bonfire need a question answered from someone please....

Is there a separate galley gray tank valve on this model...maybe that could be the core issue. FR never responds so if someone knows...if there is where can i access it to make sure it is open etc.

Thanks

Our 2011 model 3100SS only has one grey water tank. To my knowledge, no 3100's ever had two grey tanks.

Does it only drain slowly when you fill the sink? Will it drain well if the sink is empty and you give it full flow from your faucet?

I presume the trap was removed and checked for obstruction

Thanks for the interest in my three year old problem.

Yes the trap was cleaned...actually it was clear.

The problem is when there is standing water in the sink and then the stopper is lifted...very slow draining. Runs well for a while at least when the sink is empty. No issues anywhere else with good drainage . Replaced the air intake vent under the sink but no change. Plumbers ran long snakes and cut and replaced some pipe. No change. Thoughts are that the issue might be at a t-junction somewhere close to the shower down to the gray tank. Can't get at it apparently without major tearing up the inside.

That's part of the reason I am trying to find a drawing of the plumbing inside the MH.

Thanks in advance for any help.

Based on your answer to my question, I can tell you with certainty that the problem is not with your drain piping, but with the type of strainer you have in your sink. Replace your strainer with one that is less restrictive and you will notice the difference. You may think I'm nuts, and I may be, but when it comes to plumbing and solving problems like this, I know what I'm talking about. I am a Master Plumber and have been in the trade for over three decades.

If you currently have a cheap plastic 3-1/2" basket strainer, change it out with a quality brass Kohler K-8799 Duo Strainer. This is the best kitchen basket strainer you can buy and it is nowhere near as restrictive as the plastic versions. It is not expensive and is easy to install.
