Yep, you should be fine running the furnace and the tank heaters.
Remember, things don't freeze the instant the temperature gets to 32º.
It takes hours for the mass to cool down enough to begin to freeze and many more hours for things to get solid enough to cause harm.
Put water in your fresh tank and unhook your city water connection and drain your hose/regulator/filter. (if equipped)
Use the water in your tank to flush the toilet and so forth.
If you have an electric space heater, you can supplement your heat with that for the night. Just don't set it so high the furnace doesn't run as many rigs have ducting that helps heat the underbelly off the furnace.
