Your city water hookup goes directly to your pipes and faucets and is used in campgrounds. Your fresh water tank can be used when you are somewhere that doesn't have water to hook up to. Like overnighting in a parking lot or for flushing your toilet when traveling. City water does not use the water pump.

Oh, and NEVER use the same hose to connect to fresh water (or fill the fresh tank) that you use to flush or clean your sewer hose/tanks!

Turn the faucet on at the house?

Inlet screen blocked, pressure valve frozen shut? You will just have to start investigating. Did you get water in the fresh water tank and try the pump? Work on one problem at a time is the best advice I can give you.

Not sure if this has been covered or not, didn't read some of the lengthy replies. Look for winterization bypass valves around the pump. If these are turned off, you wouldn't get water from tank or city possibly. That would be my guess.

If you're getting water in the bathroom sink I would think you just need to turn off the bathroom sink and let the others run longer. (one at a time)

Check the screens at each faucet. Remove the screens and try running the faucets. If you have it in one sink it is obviously getting in the camper. Also, possibility of shut offs at each sink. It is doubt full but possible. The best advice is above, one issue at a time. Good luck!
