Help with gray waste water tank

I am beyond a newbie. Have had this 2006 Wildwood for 6 wks and have never been in an RV before. I'm permanently parked with permanent hookup line to septic tank. I can't get the grey water tank to empty below 1/3. Don't think it's the sensors because I can feel water in the tank when I get under it. Learned how to flush the black water tank but don't have a clue what to do about the gray water tank. Any help appreciated.

More than likely, something floating and plugs the outlet as gray water level decreases, happens in the our Lacrosse on a regular basis, sometimes sensor goes to Empty and other times stays at 1/3. Could be the sensor or could be the tank is tilted away from the drain outlet and not draining completely.

If you think there is build up in the gray tank, you might try treating it with black tank chemical and flush out as you would the black tank. If it is still construction debris that is floating and then plugging the outlet as it drains, my dealer's service department stated that the tank would have to be removed and cleaned out, I decided to live with it for the present time hoping things dissolve some and flush out. If it is a sensor I will also live with it for the time being.

clparalegal, thanks for the pm Thank You.
