HOSE BLOCKED while draining black tank

Spent 40 nights so far in the new rig. Been at various camp grounds & RV parks. Some with Sewer some not. My tanks have been near full several times and never had any issues.

Today at 7am, we are in a rush to get on the road for a 600mi day to get home. I get to the dump station, relatively level so should be quick... I pull the black tank valve and it is draining substantially slower than normal. I see Black Tank juice in the clear straight hose adapter and it looks like the hose is blocked. I extend it, shake it, etc. Everything short of disconnecting it, no improvement. I turn the black flush hose on and it eventually gets to clear water..whew...dodged that bullet.

Pulled the gray and same thing...it drains very slow. When it is done I remove the hose only to see a large obstruction...thinking i am gonna go talk to the peeps about not eating enough veggies...I spray the hose out waiting for the prize to pop out of the hose and see this 1.5" 60deg elbow pvc fitting pop out.

Charlotte Pipe 1-1/2 in. Hub x 1-1/2 in. Dia. Hub ABS 60 deg. Elbow(ABS003190600HA) - ABS DWV Fittings - Ace Hardware

I had heard of this sort of residual trash left in the tank after the build process but a fitting? What really surprised me was that we had used the tanks and drained/flushed several times and it only just now came out.

Stinks, but be happy it came out all the way on its own and did not block your valves making you fish it out....gross. Some reported wood circle cut outs blocking their valves and keeping them from closing all the way until cut out.

Glad you got it taken care of. Lots of stories about debris. With the cost of the fitting I'm shocked they would let one go to waste.
