Hot water

When we open the camper this year and turn the water heater on our hot water only stays hot for about a minute then turns back to cold. Can someone help me with this are we doing something wrong. We own a 2016 vibe

Do you have all the taps turned off? Sometimes that will mess up the temperatures.

Also check to see that all of the water heater bypass valves are in the correct position.

This is our first year doing this and we are not sure which position they should be in. How can I find out the right position

Can someone tell me where the heating element on the water heater is only 2016 vibe

The shutoff values are easy. If the tap goes across the line it’s closed. If it’s with the line it’s open. Basically the lines going into and out of the heater need to be in line and the one going between the 2 lines , the bypass line, needs to be across the line.

Got water

Thanks everyone for your help we now have hot water, We had one of the valves turned the wrong way thanks again
