Yea i got a little less pressure, but i can deal with that

Just to make sure I am understanding right cause I had not thought of that and I have never actually used a WH in a camper (my old didn't have one and I just bought my new TT) so the water heater was heating the water and as you were using it (taking a shower) the cold line was filling the tank causing the temp to drop lower and lower as you were using the water and the water heater tank was filling? That makes sense and it is something that I have never thought of, I mean it happens in residential house tanks but the tank is so large I never thought of this being a problem.
Thank for the update, sorry it took so long to figure out but if it is any consolation it helped me understand and now I can watch out for that same problem when I use mine.
